play togetherplay together: a physical literacy program for children ages 2-6 & their parents or caregivers to connect through sport & physical activity, build stronger relationships & healthier bodies | learn fundamental movement & sport skills through games & activities – run, jump, throw, catch, kick & dribble

  • participation: this program is for FVP participants by referral only
  • important information: parents/caregivers actively participate with their children – come ready to get moving!

tots on track: learning to play – parents & caregivers learn the skills to engage in playtime with their young child, learning together in a group environment | activities are arranged in stations, families cycle through in 10 minute intervals

  • participation: drop in; for children with complex needs ages 0-6 & their caregivers

baby massagebaby massage: a 5 session course for babies newborn to crawling & their parents or caregivers | form a strong bond of love & trust with your baby | help your baby sleep better & for longer | ease your baby’s wind, colic pain & constipation | stimulate your baby’s neurological development | learn to understand your baby’s body language & cues
